The Centennial Tower

The Centennial Tower

Innovate to serve you better

Completed in 1997, the Centennial Tower is part of the Pontiac Marina Development, following the completion of Millenia Tower, Millenia Walk and the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore Hotel. Dragages Singapore oversaw the turnkey construction of the Centennial Tower, a 37-storey office tower with a total surface area of 78,000 m² built on two basements. The Centennial Tower construction methodology was studied to achieve a remarkable four-day cycle per floor. This enabled Dragages Singapore to offer a shorter construction programme, thanks to innovative and effective construction methods. Precast staircases and prefabricated reinforcements were some of the features that enhanced on-site productivity.

With the Centennial Tpwer project, Dragages Singapore won the Building and Construction Authority's (BCA) Best Buildable Design Award in the Commercial & Office Buildings category in 1999.
